I haven't read this updated version -but the first Government Waste from A to Z had one extremely wasteful government program for every letter of the alphabet. He details the programs, when and why they were started, and how they continue to get funding.
Very few citizens are educated where their money is *actually* going. We're pretty far from the government of, by, and for that the fathers of the Constitution envisioned.
